Safety first

Like all heavy machines, a granulator must be handled according to the safety instructions and must, design-wise, feature a number of safety functions regulated by law. To ensure safety, always check that your granulators comply with the legislation in your country.

With Rapid you can rest assured that you have the highest possible safety. All Rapid granulators are designed to be safe to operate, with functionalities like rotor standstill guards and safety PLCs, ensuring safety far beyond the basic demands.

All Rapid granulators comply with all important international regulations (see below) like the Machine Directive. They all have CE marking and other types of approvals.

  • Machine Directive 2006/42/EC
  • LVD (Low voltage directive) 2014/30/EC
  • EMC (Electromagnetic compability) 2014/30/EC
